well - not suitable for batch conversions

But if it guesses the encoding wrong (which happened in my case to 50+% of the files). You have no option but to change the source encoding 1 by 1... no option for select all, and change the source encoding type. Which makes it unfortunately pretty useless for the purpose of batch converting mp3 files...
Maybe the next version has an option for cmd+a ...
